You Can Change Your Life in 2026
Here's your action plan.
Hi there,
Most people enter a new year believing that resolutions will fix everything that feels out of alignment in their lives. They set rigid goals, apply more pressure, and try to override their patterns through willpower. When the goals become unsustainable, the familiar cycle returns.
This isn’t a motivation problem. It’s a physiological and emotional state problem.
The truth is simple: You cannot create a better life from a dysregulated nervous system, a chronically exhausted body, or a belief system shaped by fear and self-doubt.
When the body is exhausted, the mind becomes reactive. When the mind is reactive, the body remains exhausted. The system keeps itself trapped.
If you want to change parts of your life, the work is not about striving harder.
It’s about addressing the conditions that have been driving your behavior — your energy, your internal narrative, and the emotional burdens you’re still carrying.
Change becomes possible when the system becomes stable. There are three core areas that determine whether growth can actually happen, and they might be keeping you stuck. Today’s message is an action plan and an exercise for getting unstuck and making some serious changes.
